  • Winter Solstice Yin & Guided Meditation

    Sunday, December 21st, 4:00 - 5:00 pm

    Join Kate Denton and Johnny Stowe in celebrating the Winter Solstice. This deep Yin practice with postures guided by Kate will invite you to release and let go into the peace of the season. Johnny will weave guided meditations to let your mind join your body in deep rest and ease. Savor this delicious practice, as well as tea and treats after as we hold space for the joy of the season together at Amsa.

  • Christmas Yin & Flow

    Tuesday, December 23rd, 11:00 am-12:00 pm

    Join us for an intentional Yin & Flow practice to set the tone for a peaceful and present holiday. Expect to brighten your inner light through flow movement and breath, settle into stillness through deep yin shapes, and to hear a few thoughtful holiday tunes for a smile. Led by Kate, only class on 12/23.

  • Deep Release: End of the year Yin Yoga

    Tuesday, December 30th, 4:00- 5:00 pm

    This candlelit Yin Yoga practice is designed to guide your body and spirit in deeeply letting go. Yin postures will provide space for quiet reflection and release. Prepare to draw within, unwind, soften in a useful way, and make space for good things to come. Led by Kate, only class on 12/30.

  • Greet the New Year with Joy!

    Thursday, January 1st, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

    This all levels FREE flow class is intended to spark joy in body spirit as we greet the gift of a new year together! Expect to move, breathe, and brighten. An invitation to open to new intentions in the new year... Join us at Amsa Yoga, class led by Kate.

    This class is FREE for everyone! (just come!)

    We will be collecting food item donations for Harvest Hope Food Bank. Begin the year in service and gratitude 🤍

  • Reiki Sessions

    Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a healing art that uses a light, non-invasive touch to promote balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is a beneficial tool to use as a complement to traditional medicine.

    A Reiki session is pleasant and relaxing. It can promote pain relief, stress and anxiety relief, improved rest, and general wellness.

    Teresa Welsch has completed her Reiki Master Certification and is offering individual Reiki sessions at Amsa. To schedule an appointment, email her:

Private Yoga Classes

We teach private yoga classes to individuals and groups as well as for special events. Contact the studio to plan a private yoga class with us!

City Yoga at Amsa

City Yoga classes are now hosted in Amsa YOGA’s studio and attendance for these classes is welcome to everyone. City Yoga classes function on a separate system with online pre-registration per class or $15 cash drop in. City Yoga does not use passes, and Amsa passes do not apply to their classes. To join a City Yoga class, drop in to the studio for $15 cash, or register online through City Yoga.
